Complete Cooling Plant Solutions — Engineered for Indian Industry
For All Your Needs
The problem? Most industrial buyers spend hours searching for a trusted cooling tower manufacturer or industrial equipment supplier who actually understands local conditions — Maharashtra’s heat, humidity, water quality, and the sheer scale of industrial demand here. Generic catalogues won’t cut it.
Why the Right Cooling Plant Partner Makes All the Difference
A cooling tower isn’t a commodity purchase. The wrong unit — undersized, poor-quality fill media, mismatched fan design — costs you far more in downtime, repairs, and energy bills than you saved upfront.
We’ve seen it happen to factories across MIDC zones throughout the state.
As a dedicated cooling tower manufacturer based in Maharashtra, we design every product around three realities of Indian industrial life:
- Harsh ambient conditions: Summer DBT in many Maharashtra industrial zones regularly exceeds 40°C. Your tower needs to be sized for that.
- Water quality variation: Hard water and high TDS in many MIDC areas accelerates scaling. Materials and fill selection matter enormously.
- Operational continuity: Production rarely stops. Your cooling plant needs to be serviceable in-place, with spares available fast.
This is why factories and industrial equipment suppliers across the region keep coming back — not for the cheapest quote, but for the one that doesn’t become a problem six months later.

FAQ's
For most medium-scale manufacturing plants (250 TR to 1000 TR), a Package Type FRP Cooling Tower is the most practical choice — faster to install, easier to maintain, and available in modular configurations if future capacity expansion is planned. Pultruded towers are the better long-term investment if the environment is corrosive or if you’re planning a 20+ year asset life.
In Indian conditions, a well-maintained FRP cooling tower typically lasts 15–25 years. MS (mild steel) towers in the same environment often see significant corrosion within 5–8 years, especially in humid coastal or industrial atmospheres. The material cost difference is recovered many times over in reduced maintenance and structural repair costs.
Yes — we supply PVC fills, drift eliminators, nozzles, fan blades, and other components compatible with most standard cooling tower configurations. In most cases, we just need the existing tower dimensions and performance data to confirm compatibility. Our team can advise based on photos and specifications.
A natural draft (fanless) cooling tower creates airflow through the stack effect — warm air rises and draws cooler ambient air in at the base. No fans means zero fan power consumption and much lower mechanical maintenance. They make the most sense for large-capacity applications with open sites, moderate wind conditions, and where long-term operating cost reduction is a priority over compact footprint.
Standard FRP cooling towers use hand-laid or machine-formed FRP for panels and casing. Pultruded FRP towers go further — the structural frame itself (columns, beams, bracings) is made from pultruded FRP profiles, which have a much higher fibre-to-resin ratio and therefore higher strength and stiffness. The result is a tower with superior corrosion resistance, longer structural life, and significantly lower maintenance over a 15–20 year period.
The key inputs are: heat load (in TR or kcal/hr), inlet and outlet water temperatures, design wet bulb temperature for your location, and available site area. Our engineering team can prepare a sizing recommendation from these inputs — reach out with your process data and we’ll come back with a preliminary specification.
