Manufacturer-Backed Service — Maharashtra-Wide Coverage
Cooling Tower Services & AMC — We Built These Systems. We Know How to Keep Them Running.
Annual maintenance contracts, scheduled cleaning, thermal performance audits, fill replacements, component upgrades, and emergency breakdown response — delivered by the same engineering team that designs and manufactures FRP cooling towers in Maharashtra. Not a third-party contractor. The manufacturer.

Why Your Cooling Tower Service Provider Should Be Its Manufacturer
-
We know the design parameters
We know what your tower was designed to deliver — inlet and outlet water temperatures, WBT assumption, fill specification, fan duty point. When performance drifts, we measure it against the right baseline.
-
We stock the right spares
Our service vehicles carry spares specified for our towers — not generic components that might fit. For AMC customers, critical spares are pre-stocked against your specific tower configuration.
-
We diagnose, not just clean
A third-party contractor cleans what they can see. Our engineers diagnose what's causing the performance drop — which is often not visible on the surface of the fill or the fan blade.
-
We can upgrade, not just maintain
When a component has reached end-of-life, we can replace it with a better specification — higher efficiency fill, IE3 motor, VFD-compatible fan assembly — rather than a like-for-like swap that perpetuates the original limitation.
-
We service all tower brands
Our service programme covers all major cooling tower brands in addition to our own. If you inherited a Paharpur, Thermax, or other brand tower with your plant, our engineers can service and support it.
-
We're locally based in Maharashtra
Response times that work. No engineers flying in from Delhi or waiting for a vendor from another state. Our service team operates across Maharashtra from a local base — which matters when it's 42°C and your cooling system needs attention today.
Our Complete Service Offering
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Scheduled, documented service visits on a defined frequency — quarterly, half-yearly, or annual depending on your AMC tier. Covers inspection, cleaning, component checks, and performance verification. Priority breakdown response included for AMC customers.
Cooling Tower Cleaning & Disinfection
Basin cleaning, fill cleaning, drift eliminator cleaning, hot water distribution cleaning, and full chemical disinfection of the water circuit. Legionella risk management protocol available. One-time or scheduled as part of an AMC.
Performance Audits
Thermal performance testing against original design parameters — we measure how much capacity you've lost and identify the root cause. Includes fill condition assessment, water distribution uniformity check, fan performance measurement, and a written report with recommendations.
Retrofit & Upgrades
Fill replacement, fan upgrades to IE3 motors, VFD installation, drift eliminator replacement, nozzle system upgrades, FRP basin liner installation for MS basin towers. Extends tower life by years at a fraction of full replacement cost.
Emergency Breakdown Response
When your cooling system fails outside planned maintenance windows, you need a response that doesn't involve two days of call-chasing. AMC customers receive priority emergency response. Non-AMC customers receive response on a best-availability basis.
Legionella Risk Assessments
Cooling towers are the primary Legionella risk system in most industrial and commercial facilities. We carry out risk assessments in accordance with IS and international guidelines — including water sampling coordination, system inspection, and a formal risk report.
What Happens During a Scheduled Service Visit
We’ve made the ordering process as frictionless as possible — because when you need spare parts, the last thing you need is a complicated procurement journey.
01Pre-visit system checkTower running performance review against last visit data. Cold water temp, flow rate, fan current draw — establishes the baseline before shutdown.
02Basin inspection & cleaning Cold water basin drained, sediment and biological growth removed, basin surfaces inspected for corrosion or cracks. Strainer cleaned or replaced.
03Fill inspection & clean Fill pack inspected for scaling, deformation, biological fouling, and channel blockage. Low-pressure wash on lightly fouled fill. Replacement recommended if condition warrants.
04Drift eliminator check Visual inspection for cracking, deformation, or bypass gaps. Cleaned in place. Replacement condition noted in report if required within the next service interval.
05Nozzle inspection & clean Each nozzle checked for clogging. Blocked nozzles cleaned or replaced. Distribution uniformity checked after cleaning by observing wet pattern on fill surface.
06Fan & motor inspection Fan blades inspected for erosion, cracks, and pitch. Motor bearing temperature and vibration measured. Fan stack and guard inspected. Motor current checked against nameplate.
07Water quality check TDS, pH, and hardness measured. Blowdown rate reviewed. Water treatment programme assessed against results — recommendations made if chemistry is outside target range.
08Service report & handover Documented service report covering all inspection findings, actions taken, components recommended for replacement, and next visit schedule. Signed handover to plant team.
FAQ's
An AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is a structured, ongoing service programme — not a single visit. It includes a defined number of scheduled service visits per year at agreed intervals, each with a documented scope of inspection and maintenance tasks. Beyond the scheduled visits, an AMC also includes priority access to our technical team for queries, discounted or pre-stocked spares depending on the tier, and priority response for unplanned breakdowns. A one-time service visit is appropriate when you need a specific problem addressed. An AMC is the right choice when you want to maintain cooling performance systematically and avoid reactive breakdowns entirely.
Yes — we service all major cooling tower brands operating in Maharashtra, not just our own. Our service engineers are experienced with Paharpur, Thermax, Sugam, Bombay Cooling, BAC, and other brands commonly found in Indian industrial plants. For AMC on non-our towers, we carry out an initial inspection to understand the specific configuration and identify any existing issues before entering into a service agreement. This ensures our AMC scope is appropriate for the actual condition and design of your tower.
At minimum, a comprehensive basin clean and system inspection should be carried out once a year for any industrial cooling tower. For towers in environments with higher biological growth risk — warm climates, high ambient dust, nearby organic material sources — twice per year is recommended. For towers subject to Legionella risk management requirements — pharmaceutical, food processing, hospitals, large commercial HVAC — quarterly inspection and bi-annual full cleaning is the appropriate baseline. The specific frequency also depends on your water quality and treatment programme; poorly treated water increases biological growth and scaling rates and requires more frequent intervention.
For Premium AMC customers, our committed response time is within 24 hours of a breakdown call being logged. For Standard AMC customers, the target response is within 48 hours. For non-AMC customers, we respond on a best-availability basis — which during peak summer season, when breakdown calls are highest, may mean a 3–5 day lead time. This is one of the strongest practical arguments for an AMC: priority response when it matters most is only available to customers who have a service agreement in place before the breakdown happens.
We carry out water quality checks as part of every service visit — TDS, pH, hardness, and where relevant, biological indicators. If your water chemistry is outside the recommended range for your fill type and operating conditions, we will identify this and make recommendations in the service report. We work with trusted water treatment chemical suppliers in Maharashtra and can facilitate an introduction to a specialist for chemical programme design and dosing system installation. We don’t supply water treatment chemicals directly, but we ensure the physical maintenance of your tower is aligned with — and supporting — the chemical programme.
Ready to put your cooling tower on a proper maintenance programme?
Tell us how many towers you have, where they’re located in Maharashtra, and which service you’re interested in. We’ll come back with an AMC proposal or schedule a site visit — usually within 24 hours. No obligation, no hard sell. Just a clear proposal from the engineers who know these systems best.
